"Gopis" are what in the Christian religion is considered angels of the highest order at this level of transcendence there is no longer feeling of sexual desire what so ever. 

According to the laws of Manu, a man choses a lifetime partner and together they raise a family and help one another get out the cycle of reincarnation, if a man cheats on his wife this is considered a cardinal sin that leads to capital punishment because this man disobeyed  god's laws. If a man or woman choses to not marry then it is their absolute duty to serve god and get out the cycle of birth and rebirth remaining attached to sense gratification  defaming and slandering our creator and denying and defaming his wife with perverse fantasies is the biggest mistake that a human being will make in his or her life.

We are not here in this world to be stock in the cycle of reincarnation by practicing illicit sex we are here to become self realize and to go back home to godhead our eternal home.
