2. No illicit drugs including alcohol and marijuana or caffeinated drinks.

3. No illicit sex. Illicit sex is rape.

4. No adultery.

5. No coveting (envying)

6. No gambling.

7. No killing of anything or anyone for pleasure and fun.

8. No stealing.

9. No deceiving or Lying.

10. No exploitation of others and the natural resources.

Violation of said prohibitions creates problems and side affects  in the minds  and bodies of the people who have their kundalini energy active in their bodies  not to mention the  rest of  the billions of people whose kundalini energy is still dormant and actively violate said prohibitions and  have develop serious problems and side affects in their bodies and minds.

Kundalini energy is a gift of mercy from Lord Sri Krsna who is the eternal father of  all the living entities  so they can  use this gift to reinstate themselves with their natural divinity as the Lord's impeccable faithful servants and to continue their souls evolution in His eternal kingdom where Life begins surrounded by their eternal divine  opulent loving, kind, impeccable  faithful friends and family and the Lord's associates.
